JCCS Academic Language Assessment Week 4
The pressure of teen sports has not gone too far. I actually think that the coaches don't put enough pressure on the kids. This shows that the coaches aren't pushing them to exceed their standards. Also if someone is really bad at the sport, the coach will just say that your doing ok and to keep it up, not encouraging them to do better. This shows that teen athletes are just being complacent. In addition good grades are required to play a sport in school, so people are not going to encourage a student who is failing most or all of his or her classes to particapate in a sport. In conclusion the pressure among teen sports is not present.
